Crepes

1 c. Flour
2 tsp sugar
2 eggs
1.5 c milk
2 Tbsp melted butter

Mix together. Add more milk if too thick.

You can use these crepes with fruit & whipping cream. Also I like to fry chicken pieces in one pan and in another cook teriyaki sauce with onions. Just put the chicken into the crepe that has melted provolone cheese and cover chicken with the onion/teriyaki mixture. Cover with lettuce. Enjoy
