Alexis' Baby Blessing

All the Bennett Family came to see Alexis blessed by her Daddy.

Mom, Dad, & Alexis before the Blessing.

I'm so happy to be Blessed!

I like to Dance and Smile a lot!

I love to see the Temple,
I'm going there some day!
This 'Temple' Blanket was made
by Grandma Hawley.

I like to be Fluffy and Lacy!
Grandma Hawley made this dress for me.

I am happy today for my Family!

I can see you!

Thanks everyone for coming to my Blessing!
I had a fun day!

Smile - That's my middle name!

HAIL, HAIL, THE GANG'S ALL HERE!
When out for a good time we go,
We go, we go, we go, we go,
There's nothing we do that is slow,
Is slow, is slow, is slow, is slow,
Of joy we get our share you bet,
The gang will tell you so;
No matter the weather
When we get together
We sing this song you know:

Hail, hail, the gang's all here,
Never mind the weather,
here we are together;

Hail, hail, the gang's all here,
Sure we're glad

that you're here, too!

Hail, hail, the gang's all here,
We're a bunch of beauties,
and we are all cuties;

Hail, hail, the gang's all here,
Sure I'm glad that I'm here, too!

Who's going to spit up first?

I'm pretty bright-eyed!
Really I'm just keeping my
eyes wide open
because I'm in the middle
of Beckett and Max!
Who knows what they'll do?

Let's put our heads together
and come up with a plan ~ FUN!

Joanna, Max, Eric, Deserae,
Ginger, Alexis, Mark,
Ryan, Cecily, & Beckett
had to say goodbye at
the end of the
Wonderful Alexis' Blessing Day!

The Big Chill with Max & Beckett

Max is all ready for church in
his white shirt & tie!
He's going to Alexis' blessing.

I think I'll just do the Big Max Chill for a while!

Max & Beckett chillin' before Alex's blessing.

"I'm bigger than you, Max!" cries Beckett.
"Ich bin gross, du bist klein!" yells Max.
(Family Joke)
Barry & I were picking up
Eric from German Preschool one day.
We thought we would observe
him from afar....so we watched
him for awhile. All of a sudden
German started spewing from
his mouth. He was telling an
older boy in German,
"I am Big, You are small"
So I thought I would insert
Eric's words when Max is speaking.

I love ya Max! I love ya back bro!

When will they stop taking pictures of us????
(I hate to tell you boys - NEVER!)

"I can do lots of tricks with my tongue."
Beckett is very impressed as you can tell!

"I have the cutest smile!" Max says.
"I have the cutest stare!" Beckett replies.
Max & Beckett are best buds!

Just hangin' out - waiting for Mom!

Max & Beckett in deep discussion about
their complicated lives -
eating, sleeping, taking naps, etc.
Deserae & Joanna smile as they listen.

"I get the last word! Max, Ich bin Gross!
Du bist klein!"
Max, Beckett, Eric, & Cecily dreaming of
going to Alexis' blessing.
This post is brought to you because of
Mark Bennett.Thank you Mark for copying
all of my old pics & putting them on my
brand new computer! Barry said that many years
ago when we bought our first computer it
was around $2,000 and of course didn't
have internet. Now we have this computer
that can do lots of things and it was
only$900.00. This paragraph is for
posterity's sake. I wonder how
the future will be?

Alexis looking Beautiful

Here is Alexis being her beautiful self!

Tutus are Too Too Much Fun!

Gigi & Mommy decided to try out their talents to
make me a tutu & I looked Very Cute!

The tutu turned out really big and fluffy
and I looked awesome!

Gigi put the tutu on my head and I was darling!

The Head Tutu was fun to wear
& I looked Spectacular!

I liked the Tutu & said, "Coo Coo!"

Tutus always make me smile!

Gigi had some little flowers from her arrangement
that Mommy glued on my tutu & I looked fabulous!

I smiled and everyone's day was happier!
Thanks for the Tutu.
I had too too much fun!

Alexis visits Doctor Grandpa

I arrived inconspicuously in My 'First Halloween' Hat to visit with my Grandpa.

I then was weighed by Spot's dog house.
I came in at 9 lbs 2.5 oz.
I gained around 2lbs 9 oz ~ 45 percentile.

I was quite proud of eating well so I stretched and hung out on the scale for a while.

Nurse Jill measured me. I was 20 1/2 inches.
I grew 1 1/2 inches ~ 45th percentile.

My head was 14 1/2 inches ~ 45th percentile.

I am growing into a Big Girl.

I am Happy about that!

I'm so cute...Gigi just had to put this picture on the blog.

Grandpa looked in my ears and they were both clear! No amoxicillin for me!

He then checked my lungs. My Mom & Dad already knew my lungs were just fine.

Here Grandpa is checking my hips for
congenital hip dislocation.
I'm glad I'm okay so that I can walk
without aide when I grow up.

Grandpa is rubbing my feet checking my reflexes. My toes curled just like they should.
Thanks for the great foot massage!

Grandpa lifted me up by my hands and then let me go. I had great reflexes.

Thanks Grandpa for checking me out and making sure I'm healthy.

Happy 1 month old Birthday to me!
